In 1921, Albert Power produced decorative stone carving for the Hibernian Bank on O’Connell Street, Dublin — the building is still standing and now occupied by PTSB. His contribution included a keystone and a set of six deeply carved heads, continuing the run of substantial commercial architectural commissions he undertook on O’Connell Street in the years following the 1916 Rising, alongside his work for the Munster & Leinster Bank (1917), the Royal Bank of Ireland (1919), and later the Gresham Hotel (1926).
